MobileMapper with MobileMapper Office enables you to quickly and easily
collect data and create reports, update maps and store GIS information for
analysis.
Connecting Field Assets with
Geographic Information Systems
A user-friendly office software package, MobileMapper Office links your
MobileMapper GPS receiver to your GIS enabling you to easily import data
into job files to be updated in the field. You can quickly convert
standard GIS files as well as Magellan® MapSend® maps into background maps
for easy navigation and reference using your MobileMapper receiver. Create
lists of features and attributes using the Feature Library Editor for
describing GIS assets in the field. You can even generate the feature
libraries automatically by importing .SHP and .MIF files. With
MobileMapper Office you can then upload feature libraries, job files and
background maps to your receiver and later download and display new and
updated data for quality control and export back to the GIS. With the new
Post-Processed Differential Correction option installed on your receiver,
MobileMapper Office can position your GIS features within one meter. For
